Delivery and Courier Details

Local Coastal Deliveries Tuesday & Friday commence at 9:30am
We work our way down to Caloundra then up to Noosa (East of the Bruce Highway)  (Specifically postcodes 4551, 4575, 4557, 4556, 4572, 4558, 4564, 4573, 4567, 4566, 4565 Tewantin only. 
 North Coastal "Store Drop-Off" point is Joe's Waterhole (Drive Through Bottle shop) in Eumundi  (Tuesdays & Fridays after 5pm.)
Please place your order by 8pm the day before delivery


Local Hinterland Local Deliveries Thursday commence at 11am
We work our way down to the north of Glass House Mountains, up to Witta and south of Eumundi. (West of the Bruce Highway)
Hinterland including Nambour, 4560, 4553, 4555, 4554, 4519, 4552, 4559. 
South Hinterland "Store Drop-Off" point is Everything Good on Steve Irwin Way (Thursday after 2pm)
(some postcodes are MASSIVE and we can't service the whole code.)

Courier to Gympie, Brisbane & Gold Coast areas are arranged for Tuesdays & Friday.
Please select SHIPPING  for real time rates to your areas. 
This will be delivered by Phoenix "same day" courier service in a chilled box for a flat charge of the couriers cost. 
Packed in recycled broccoli styrofoam boxes in ice.
Please place your order by 12pm the day before delivery


Local Deliveries are made in our refrigerated Sunshine Coast Organic Meats van, which will keep refrigerated products below 3°C. 
Frozen products are kept in a ice box

  • Store Drop-Off  - Everything Good, 1094 Steve Irwin Way, Glass House Mountains, QLD 4518 - Thursday after 3pm
  • Store Drop-Off - Joe's Waterhole - 85 Memorial Dve, Eumundi, QLD 4562 - Tuesdays & Fridays after 5pm
  • Deliveries are made in a refrigerated Sunshine Coast Organic Meats van, which will keep refrigerated products below 3°C, and then held for collection in fridges at the Store Drop-Off location.  

What is the minimum order?

  • No minimum order 
  • One-off Local Delivery orders over $80. 
  • Eumundi and Glass House Mountain Store Drop-Off orders over $50.
  • Local Organic Meat Club Orders are free delivery over $50
  • Orders below these will be charged a $10 delivery fee.

Do I have to be at home to get a delivery?

No: You may leave special instructions with us when you complete your order, for us to leave your delivery in an outdoor location (either fridge or cooler bag/esky with ice).  Please remember to leave any gate codes in notes where applicable. 


Unless specified in order notes, Greg will ring your doorbell (wait at a safe distance if contactless selected) to see you are at home. If you're not at home, the order will be left in the esky provided or a styrofoam box with ice, and you will receive a text notification.


Upon delivery of your order, legal title passes to you and Sunshine Coast Organic Meats have no responsibility beyond this point

Contactless Pick up or Delivery?

On the cart page, just before checkout, you can select Contactless pickup or delivery by selecting the checkbox.


CONTACTLESS CLICK & COLLECT 

While collection is available at our Eumundi and Glasshouse mountains drop-off locations, contactless pickup/collection is only available at the Sunshine Coast Organic Meat store in Forest Glen.When you collect your order, we ask you to reverse park in the 15-minute car park out front, open your boot and call the store on (07) 5445 2912. We will bring your order out and pop it in the boot.


CONTACTLESS DELIVERY

If you selected contactless delivery on cart page/checkout, please ensure that you are home on the day of delivery or an esky is left out. Unless specified in order notes, Greg will ring your doorbell and wait at a safe distance to see you are at home. If you're not at home, the order will be left in the esky provided or a styrofoam box with ice, and you will receive a text notification.

How can I make a delivery order?

You can order via our online store. The advantage of online ordering is that you can determine the cost of the order at the time its placed, there are product descriptions and range you can view, and you will be able to view products you have recently purchased to help you place an order.

What if I have a particular request?

The online store is designed to allow most special requests to be accommodated; you can use the 'Stand in Product as a store credit for items you know we have but can't find. It's a $1 virtual item, so you might order $30 worth, and make a note that you want '$30 worth of chipolatas' for example.  All other request can be made by e-mailing orders@sunshinecoastorganicmeats.com.au or calling 5445 2912

What if there are particular instructions for delivery?

Make sure you leave these instructions when you set up the account, or when you place the order.

What if I have forgotten to leave a cooler bag/esky, gate is locked etc?

We will try and call you to try and make alternative arrangements (eg leave with a neighbour), though so we don’t delay other customers if we cannot contact in a timely manner and make other arrangements, we will continue our delivery run, and you can collect your order any time after 7am the next day at the store.

What is your returns policy?

We pride ourselves on the quality of our product. 

However, as our products are perishables, you cannot return items if you have simply changed your mind


If you have received a product in error, or are not happy with a product’s quality


please call us within 24 hours on 5445 2912 and we’ll try our best to remedy the issue.

Can I order what I ordered last week?

Our online store has the functionality to show you what your last products ordered were, and you can simply choose which of those products you would like to purchase.  When logged in you can see previous orders and if you join the meat club you can set a regular subscription.

Can I order other than meat products for delivery?

Yes.  You can order any product which we sell in the store, such as ready-to-cook meals, milk, condiments and sauces, pet foods etc.

Can I be reminded of deliveries?

Yes, when you sign up for your online store account you can request an SMS delivery reminder. Normally SMS reminders are sent at 7:30am on the morning of delivery, and from time to time contain specials.

How else can I keep in touch with latest developments at Sunshine Coast Organic Meats?

Follow us on Facebook and Instagram, and also when you sign up your online store account tick the box requesting our emails to be sent (P.S. these will regularly include specials!)We provide information through these mediums about organics, health and wellbeing, recipe ideas, and information on our farmers.

What if I am outside your standard delivery area?

For customers who find Eumundi or Glass House Mountain more convenient than in-store shopping, we offer a drop-off service to Joe's Waterhole Bottle Shop @Eumundi on Tuesdays & Fridays with drop-offs aimed to be completed by 5:00pm & Everything Good – Go Healthy @ Glass House Mountains on Thursdays, with drop-offs aimed to be completed by 3:00pm. 


Many of our customers travel from Brisbane and the Hinterland every few weeks to our store and will freeze some of their purchase.  Alternatively, Please select SHIPPING if you are outside of these areas for real time rates to your areas


Additionally, you can request purchases to be cryovaced for a small additional fee.You can also call 5445 2912 or email orders@sunshinecoastorganicmeats.com.au to discuss deliveries to you.

What are the payment methods?

You can use either Visa or MasterCard to pay through our online store.

Do you retain credit card details within your online store?

No. (Unless you are Organic Meat Club Member, otherwise) Your credit card details will be transmitted to National Australia Bank, our merchant, for processing and our online store and web site do not retain any details of your credit card.

Where is your store located?

We are at 330 Mons Rd, Forest Glen, just off the Bruce Highway, with parking conveniently located outside the store. We are located in the Kunara organic centre, with other businesses including Kunara Organic Marketplace which is the largest organic supermarket in the southern hemisphere, Kunara organic café, and the Fresh Holistic Centre.

What are your store trading hours?

Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 6:00pm 

Saturday – 7:00am to 4:00pm 

Sunday – 9.00am to 4pm

Public Holidays – open Show Day and Easter Saturday only


Over Christmas/new year we are open standard trading hours (closed public holidays) except Christmas Eve we are open 7am to 1pm.
