First, head on over to any one of our Organic & Free-Range Collection Pages. Here, you will see a list of items that you can "Add To Cart."



3. GO TO YOUR CART & SET YOUR SCHEDULE


Once you've selected all of your items, head on over to your cart by clicking view cart or the white basket in the header menu bar. Once you land in your cart, Check your order, make any line item or delivery notes.  Pick Click & Collect, Local Delivery or Shipping.  Select your delivery day you'd like your fresh organic meats to arrive on your door step! 

2. SELECT YOUR FAVOURITES


From the list of items pick your usual favourites and staples that you know you will want all the time. One by one, simply click the green Subscribe button.  Choose Frequency and Delivery/Pick Up Day. 

4. ENJOY YOUR ORGANICS


After you've added your postal code, set your schedule, selected "Check out" and completed your oder, do nothing! Your order is on its way :)

How does it work?

Membership delivery offers the same fantastic service with additional Exclusive Benefits and Generous Discounts for your ease and convenience. Simply create an account (or use your existing one) in our online store and decide what you like to eat each week or fortnight. Then we will keep delivering it to you, automatically. You don’t have to do anything except stand by for your delicious Organic and Free Range Meat to arrive at your door.  Of course, you can login and add items or make changes to your next orders whenever you want. 

Can I change my order?

Of course! You can make changes to every order or leave it as you like, you have complete flexibility.

Do I get discounts?

Yes! As a member, your exclusive benefits include 10% off your first order then 5% off staple category items thereafter.

Are there any other benefits?

Heaps! As a member, you will automatically go into our rewards program. Points are earned with purchases, friend referrals and tagging us on Facebook posts (via the eber app here) As a free gift we will give you a special Sunshine Coast Organic Meats Cooler bag. What are the delivery days?

Our coastal delivery days are changing, you now have the choice of either Tuesday or Friday deliveries. Our Hinterland deliveries are on Thursdays and Drop off’s to Maleny Market Place and Everything Good are still on Thursday.

Courier delivery to Gympie, Brisbane & Gold Coast are currently Tuesday and Friday with order cut offs Midday the day prior.

Where does the Sunshine Coast home delivery cover?

Home deliveries are from Caloundra to Noosa; (Specifically postcodes 4551, 4575, 4557, 4556, 4572, 4558, 4564, 4573, 4567, 4566, 4565 Tewantin only. Hinterland including Nambour, 4560, 4553, 4555, 4554, 4519, 4552, 4559. Please, confirm your suburb as some Hinterland deliveries are Pick up from Drop off points as Everything Good on Steve Irwin Way, as some postcodes are MASSIVE and we can't service the whole code. We also do drop off deliveries to Joe's Waterhole (Drive Through Bottleshop) in Eumundi. Please contact us if you are outside these areas and we’ll see what we can do.) Deliveries usually commence at around 10am and all deliveries are aimed to be completed by 6 pm. Deliveries are made in a refrigerated Sunshine Coast Organic Meats van, which will keep refrigerated products below 3°C.

What if you don't deliver to my area?

We are always growing our delivery range and are happy to consider any new areas in the local region, so please send us an email and let us know where you are and we’ll see what we can do to help!

What if I am not happy with my order?

Unfortunately, sometimes mistakes are made (damn humans!), or if the quality of your product is not up to our usual standard. Just let us know, we will happily replace the product or do whatever we can to rectify any mistake made

I'm a regular in-store customer, can I access these benefits?

Of course! While we had this in mind to help customers who can’t always get to the shop, we don't want our regulars missing out on the benefits. However, you will still have to order online and pick up on one of the delivery days so that we can manage the ordering and packing system efficiently.

Friends are great! We love them too, so if you refer a friend, not only will we give them a $15 cash discount on their first order over $100 (plus all the other benefits) we will also give you $15 coupon to redeem on your next order! What if I am going on holidays or need to take a break?

Of course there will be times of the year when you are away or just don’t need your delivery. You can skip or pause your subscription whenever you need to.
