What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order whatsoever, as long as your weekly or fortnightly standing order is over $50, delivery is completely free, for orders below this we charge a $10 delivery fee.
What are the delivery days?
Our coastal delivery days are changing, you now have the choice of either Tuesday or Friday deliveries. Our Hinterland Drop off’s to Maleny Market Place and Everything Good are still on Thursday.
Where does the home delivery cover?
Home deliveries are from Caloundra to Noosa; (Specifically postcodes 4551 excluding Bells Creek, 4575, 4557, 4556, 4572, 4558, 4564, 4573, 4567, 4566, 4565 Tewantin only. Hinterland including Nambour, 4560, 4553, 4555, 4554, 4519, 4552, 4559. Please, confirm your suburb as some Hinterland deliveries are Pick up from Drop off points as Everything Good on Steve Irwin Way and Maleny Market Place as some postcodes are MASSIVE and we can't service the whole code. NEW we can now do drop off deliveries to Joe's Waterhole (Drive Through Bottleshop) in Eumundi. Please contact us if you are outside these areas and we’ll see what we can do.) Deliveries usually commence at around 12-1pm and all deliveries are aimed to be completed by 5 pm. Deliveries are made in a refrigerated Sunshine Coast Organic Meats van, which will keep refrigerated products below 3°C.
What if you don't deliver to my area?
We are always growing our delivery range and are happy to consider any new areas in the local region, so please send us an email and let us know where you are and we’ll see what we can do to help!
Can I change my order?
Whenever you like. While you nominate the regular items in your standing order initially, you can log in and change your order as frequently as you like. You only need to amend your order the night before delivery.
Can I make suggestions for better service?
Please do. We love getting feedback from customers. As we say, If there was anything that you weren't happy with. Tell us!......... If you were happy, tell your friends! Or even better do us a big, organic, pasture raised favour and write a review on google or facebook, links below or your convenience. How do I pay?
Your standing order will have an automatic method of payment so you will need a credit or debit card that can be used with you account.
What if I am not happy with my order?
Unfortunately, sometimes mistakes are made (damn humans!), or if the quality of your product is not up to our usual standard. Just let us know, we will happily replace the product or do whatever we can to rectify any mistake made
Is there an in-store click & collect option?
Absolutely. If you are coming by the store, you can login in change your delivery to the instore pick up option.
I'm a regular in-store customer, can I access these benefits?
Of course! While we had this in mind to help customers who can’t always get to the shop, we don't want our regulars missing out on the benefits. However, you will still have to order online and pick up on one of the delivery days so that we can manage the ordering and packing system efficiently.
I have a friend...
Friends are great! We love them too, so if you refer a friend, not only will we give them a $25 cash discount on their first order (plus all the other benefits) we will also give you $25 coupon to redeem on your next order! On the website on every product page (or under the 'my account' tab) is a link that you can copy and send to friends. When your friends click through to the store from that link and set up a Club order, it identifies both the giver and receiver and automatically generates a discount coupon in the checkout for each person’s next order.
What if I am going on holidays or need to take a break?
Of course there will be times of the year when you are away or just don’t need your delivery. Don’t worry, we understand and don’t want you to miss out on your Exclusive Membership Benefits. Every calendar year you can take up to 4 calendar weeks on pause (pro rata for part year), without losing your loyalty benefits. So yes, we’ll still give you your ham, and you’ll still get your 5% discount on staples and other freebies when you come back. If you need to take a longer break but don’t want lose your benefits, you can put your membership ‘On Hold’ by paying a $5 holding fee charged each skipped delivery cycle. When you are ready you can resume deliveries without losing any of your benefits.
