How does it work?

Membership delivery offers the same fantastic service with additional Exclusive Benefits and Generous Discounts for your ease and convenience. Simply create an account (or use your existing one) in our online store and decide what you like to eat each week or fortnight. Then we will keep delivering it to you, automatically. You don’t have to do anything except stand by for your delicious Organic and Free Range Meat to arrive at your door. This is great for your usual favourites and staples that you know you will want all the time. Of course, you can login and add items or make variations when you want to cook something different or are feeding extra friends and family. Our tip: Don’t put too much on your standing order, we don’t want your freezer overflowing, so focus on your household regular items that you will finish before the next delivery and add extra when you need it.

Do I get discounts?

Yes! As a member, your exclusive benefits include an 5% over 100 selected top-selling Staple List items  -use code 'FIRST10' on checkout for subscriptions.  The 5% off staples will be automatically added thereafter.

Are there any other benefits?

Heaps! As a member, you will automatically go into our rewards program. Points are earned with purchases, friend referrals and tagging us on Facebook posts (via the eber app here https://sunshinecoastorganicmeats.eber.co/) As a free gift we will give you a special Sunshine Coast Organic Meats Cooler bag. Perfect for shopping or just taking to the beach or a BBQ. 

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order whatsoever, for Sunshine Coast as long as your standing order is over $50, delivery is completely free (local delivery only, excludes courier zone), for orders below this we charge a $10 delivery fee. 

Courier charges to central Brisbane suburbs is $16.50 and outer including Gold Coast and Toowoomba is $22.50.

What are the delivery days?

For coastal deliveries Caloundra to Noosa, you have the choice of either Tuesday or Friday deliveries. 

Our Hinterland deliveries including Drop off’s to Everything Good on Thursdays & Joe's Waterhole are on Tuesdays & Fridays.  

Courier shipping delivery is currently Tuesday and Friday with cut off for orders 12pm the day prior.

What if you don't deliver to my area?

Please select SHIPPING if you are outside of our local delivery area, by entering your postcode at the checkout you can see if our same day courier services your location. They cover most of SE QLD from the Gympie to Brisbane, and the Gold Coast. Happy days!

We are always happy to work with refrigerated couriers over larger distances, but the transport cost can be prohibitive for you, so it's usually only viable on substantial orders. 

Can I change my order?

Whenever you like. While you nominate the regular items in your standing order initially, you can log in and change your order as frequently as you like. You only need to amend your order the night before delivery.

How do I pay?

Your standing order will have an automatic method of payment so you will need a credit or debit card that can be used with you account.

What if I am not happy with my order?

Unfortunately, sometimes mistakes are made (damn humans!), or if the quality of your product is not up to our usual standard. Just let us know, we will happily replace the product or do whatever we can to rectify any mistake made

Is there an in-store click & collect option?

Absolutely. If you are coming by the store, you can login in change your delivery to the in store pick up option or you can choose to pick up your order from one of the designated Sunshine Coast pick up locations.

I'm a regular in-store customer, can I access these benefits?

Of course! While we had this in mind to help customers who can’t always get to the shop, we don't want our regulars missing out on the benefits. However, you will still have to order online and pick up on one of the delivery days so that we can manage the ordering and packing system efficiently.

I have a friend...

Friends are great! We love them too, so if you refer a friend, not only will we give them a $15 cash discount on their first order (plus all the other benefits) we will also give you $15 off your next order! As a meat club member, you are automatically signed up for our rewards program.  Use this to refer friends.

What if I am going on holidays or need to take a break?

Of course there will be times of the year when you are away or just don’t need your delivery. Don’t worry, we understand and don’t want you to miss out on your Exclusive Membership Benefits. You can pause or skip individual weeks.
