Jump for joy with Kangaroo

Be pleasantly surprised with this new addition to the menu!

Its got a fantastic flavour, its rich red in colour and its one of Australias national emblems its the Kangaroo.Kangaroo Rump

Kangaroos are active animals making the meat very lean; an excellent alternative for those who are protein or weight conscious. Kangaroo is particularly high in protein, iron and zinc. Our kangaroo is free-range, where they can graze free from antibiotics, added growth hormones and chemicals.

Its subtly rich flavour makes it a versatile meat that can be used in many different dishes and cuisines. It can also be cooked pretty much any way you like. Try slow cooking kangaroo rump or simply cook it on the BBQ or in the pan like kangaroo steaks and fillets. When it comes to kangaroo mince, theres no need to change your meatball or burger patty recipe, it performs with the same meaty awesomeness as beef.

It tastes great, its pack full of the all the healthy good stuff and there is a world of things you can do with Kangaroo, so why not introduce some Kangaroo into your cooking?
