Spinach, Sundried Tomato & Feta Lamb Noisettes
These delicious new Lamb Noisettes are a great low-effort, high-pay off option for midweek or a weekend dinner party. Cook and enjoy this lamb backstrap cut, that is soft, slightly sweet and strong flavoured, which pairs perfectly with earthy spinach, tangy feta, and rich sundried tomato.

To make the most out of this cut, pan-sear it on a hot pan and finish in the oven. Serve sliced into medallions with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad. They also pair perfectly with chimichurri (more on that below!).

Viking Organic Feta
Viking Organic Feta is a high-quality organic feta. 100% lactose-free organic cheeses, made from goat’s milk and sheep’s milk, 100% organic and fed wild herbs, flowers and plants that create a rich and pure flavour. Kondov Ecoproduction’s award-winning, lactose-free cheeses are a direct translation of the clean, green and spectacular slopes of the Balkan mountain range. It is creamy, slightly crumbly, with a clean, salty finish.

Crumble over salads, tuck into omelettes, serve on a charcuterie board or eat with a spoon while you cook dinner (you do that too, right?).

Mama Emma Gnocchi
Mama Emma makes a huge variety of delicious gnocchi flavours to make dinner as easy as possible! Many of Mama Emma's gnocchis can be panfried straight away with no need for boiling water at all. It's traditional-style focuses on simple ingredients and authentic preparation, providing that soft pillow, slightly chewy texture that makes gnocchi unique.

Harris Smokehouse Salmon Burgers
Sick of beef rissoles for the third time this month? Look no further than a fresh take on burgers—perfect for when you want something lighter but still satisfying. Salmon burgers combine high-quality fish with simple seasonings for a convenient, protein-rich option. These patties are mild, slightly smoky, and naturally rich from the salmon. 

Pan fry until cooked through, then serve in a bun with fresh greens and a squeeze of lemon, or go bun-less with a crisp salad and yoghurt dressing. You can also cut the salmon burgers up, mash them or crumble them over pasta, rice or roasted vegetables.

Antica Pasteria
Italian-style pasta brands, like Antica Pasteria, focus on traditional methods and quality grains for better texture and flavour. These Antica Pasteria ravioli are firm, toothsome and full of unique flavours like chili and prawns, or goats cheese and mozzarella. 

Good pasta doesn’t need much. Just boil until al dente and serve with a light sauce!

Chimichurri is easy to make, but it's a traditional sauce that's packed full of ancient technique and high-quality ingredients, and something that always tastes better when someone else makes it! The sauces are Chimmi & Co are handmade on the Sunshine Coast using fresh herbs, garlic, olive oil, and no preservatives. It is bright, herbaceous and zesty, perfect for rich dishes to add a lightness and fresh flavour.

Spoon over steak, drizzle onto lamb, toss through roasted veggies, or even swirl into eggs. It’s incredibly versatile.
