Our new chef, Billy Flores, has had years of experience working in Thai restaurants and loves the classic Thai flavours. Billy joined Sunshine Coast Organic Meats with a plan to elevate and excel with ready-to-cook meals and, inspired by his study of Thai flavour profiles and his passion for the food, has tackled small-patch sausages. With Billy's help we've released a new line of premium small-batch Butter Chicken and Thai Green Curry Chicken sausages. These sausages will get the same treatment as our staple sausages, preservative-free and available sold fresh in the window. In a shop dominated by butchers, Chef Billy is eager to secure bragging rights over what he calls “the butchers’ regular sausages”.
