Slow Cooker Homemade Indian Chicken Saagwala
Ingredients
- Free range chicken cutlets (with skin and bone)
- Onion
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Cumin
- Curry Powder
- Bay leaves
- Chillies
- Tomatoes
- 3 cups of Chicken Broth
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Directions
Slow cooker
- Add all to the slow cooker.
- Set to slow cook low setting minimum 6 hrs.
- Serve with Rice
- Finish with a dash of cream, spinach , coriander and yoghurt
