Slow Cooker Homemade Indian Chicken Saagwala

Ingredients

  • Free range chicken cutlets (with skin and bone)
  • Onion
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Cumin
  • Curry Powder
  • Bay leaves
  • Chillies
  • Tomatoes 
  • 3 cups of Chicken Broth
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions

Slow cooker 

  • Add all to the slow cooker.
  • Set to slow cook low setting minimum 6 hrs. 
  • Serve with Rice
  • Finish with a dash of cream, spinach , coriander and yoghurt
