A very popular alternative to pork bacon our Turkey variety is one of the best. This is not a formed product like many others it is made from the thigh fillet and made in the traditional way. It has a small layer of fat for flavour but otherwise is a very lean product with very low levels of saturated fat and calories.

This Free Range Turkey Bacon is a relatively new product for us at Gamze Smokehouse and also one that is new to most people in Australia. With this being said it’s popularity is rapidly increasing and has become a very important part of our range. Turkey Bacon is very popular in North America.

Made from the same free-range turkeys as our sliced breast products, the animals are ethically farmed. Cured with honey as the sweetener it will caramelise quickly so, please keep an eye out while cooking. Wood smoked over Australian hardwoods and hand crafted without any chemical ingredients it is very much worth a try.
