Order lamb sides or whole whole (Hanging weight approx 22 kg) @ $25.43/kg.  Available broken down to your preferred cuts, and can include your choice of sausages.  

The organic lamb is grass-fed at Shane and Jane Elliot's property south of Jackson in South West Queensland. Lambs are typically less than 12 months. The Elliot's also own a small abattoir; the vertically integrated operation ensures the humane treatment of animals at all stages of their lives.
