These sausages are gluten-free.

 Sausages are made on-premises by Sunshine Coast Organic Meats using meat from animals that are broken down by our butchers. We take pride in the high-quality meat which is used in our sausages. There is a small amount of preservatives used in sausages to ensure normal shelf-life (fully preservative-free sausages are available and are frozen immediately after they are made).

The organic Angus cattle are grass-fed at Shane and Jane Elliot's property south of Jackson in South West Queensland. Cattle are typically raised to 18 months. The Elliot's also own a small abattoir; the vertically integrated operation ensures the humane treatment of animals at all stages of their lives.

Our pork is sourced from Dawson Valley Free Range, which is located around 300km northwest of Bundaberg. Dawson Valley pigs are fed a grain ration, as all pigs need to be, however it is GMO-free and merely supplements their natural diet. No chemicals, growth stimulants or antibiotics are used in the management of livestock, and on the rare occasion that there is a sick animal who needs medication, then this animal is removed from the sale stock.
