Christmas Masterlist

It's officially that time of the year — Christmas orders are open! 

If you ordered Christmas last year, it’s as easy as responding to our email or coming in-store to place your order. Our delicious Christmas products are in limited supply and going fast. We say first in best dressed, so put on your Christmas sweater (or Christmas singlet) and make sure you’ve gotten what you want in time. 

Never ordered for Christmas with Sunshine Coast Organic Meats? It can seem pretty overwhelming; we have almost fifty products you can check out online or in-store, to decide which local, ethically produced products you want for your Christmas feast. Let's break it down below so you can see what's on offer and build your perfect Christmas lunch or dinner. 


After you've read our masterlist and put in your order, it's available to be picked up SAME DAY. If you want to change the date of collection, just give us a call and we can organise that with you. 


Stuffings (to be chosen when ordering whole turkeys, rolled turkeys, whole chickens) 
Chef made in-store stuffings for our whole turkeys, chickens, rolled turkey or chicken roast/breast.  

Gluten free: 
Apple, sage and rosemary.
Cashew, orange, apple and cranberry.

Organic sourdough:  
Sage, parsley and onion.
Macadamia, orange, apple and cranberry. 

Mains  

Ham:
Whole classic house smoked bone-in ham for that traditional Christmas look and taste for your Christmas party (7.5-9kg). 
Half classic house smoked bone-in ham for that traditional Christmas look and taste for you and your family (3.75 - 4.5kg).
Half classic house smoked boneless ham for easy carving and delicious taste (by the kilo).
No artificial nitrates whole bone-in ham for a more natural Christmas main (7.5-9kg).
No artificial nitrates half bone-in ham for a more natural Christmas addition (3.75 - 4.5kg). 
No artificial nitrates boneless ham for more natural, easy carving (by the kilo).  

Pork: 
Free-range pork belly for a Christmas classic (small from 1-1.5kg, or medium from 1.5-2kg).
Free-range pork collar for something new and delicious for Christmas (small 1.6-1.8kg, or medium 1.8-2kg).  Free-range pork loin packed with delicious stuffing (by the kilo).
Free-range bone-in pork leg roast  for a delicious, juicy Christmas classic (by the kilo). 
Free-range boneless pork leg roast  for a delicious, easy to carve Christmas main (by the kilo).  

Turkey:
Whole free-range turkey, purchased either frozen or fresh (small from 4-5kg, or medium from 5.5-6.5kg).
Whole organic turkey, purchased either frozen or fresh (small from 4-5kg, or medium from 5.5-6.5kg).
Free-range rolled turkey roast packed with delicious stuffing (small from 2.5-3kg, or medium from 3-3.5kg).
Free-range rolled turkey breast packed with delicious stuffing (small from 1.5-2kg, or medium 2-2.5kg).
Free-range turkey buffe (bone-in breast) for a juicy, smaller portion of the classic whole roast (small as 1.5kg, or medium as 2-2.5kg).
Free-range turkey maryland, either bone-in (0.8-1kg) or boneless (0.8kg) for an easy to cook, smaller portion of the classic whole roast.
Free-range turkey breast, with options for skin on or skinless for a juicy, familiar main addition to your Christmas feast (small from 1.5-2kg, or medium from 2-2.5kg).

Chicken: 
Whole free-range chicken for a familiar and delicious Christmas main (medium as 1.5kg, or large as 2kg).
Whole organic chicken for a familiar and delicious Christmas main (medium as 1.5kg, or large as 2kg).
Free-range rolled chicken roast packed with delicious stuffing (small as 1kg, or medium from 1-1.5kg, or large as above 1.5kg).
Organic rolled chicken roast packed with delicious stuffing (small as 1kg, or medium from 1-1.5kg, or large as above 1.5kg).
Free-range spatchcock (not a quail, but a young, smaller chicken) perfect for a smaller version of a chicken roast (500g per portion).

Ready to eat

3mm thick cut sliced classic house smoked ham; sliced and ready to eat for a quick and easy addition to your Christmas feast (200g to 2kg) 
3mm thick cut sliced, free from artificial nitrates, ham; sliced and ready to eat for a quick and easy addition to your Christmas feast (200g to 2kg).
Harris Smokehouse Wild Cold-Smoked Salmon for your salmon bagel, charcuterie or sandwiches (100g portions).
Pre-made easy charcuterie with Borgo preservative-free salami (100g), Borgo prosciutto (100g), chicken kabana (approx. 400g) and your choice of double cream brie, camembert, washed rind or aged cheddar cheese.
Beef, or beef and cracked pepper, family pies with either standard or gluten free pastry to be browned in the oven and served for your Christmas feast.
Organic beef lasagne in small or large sized to be heated in the oven and served for your Christmas feast.
